Live from his studio, Sami Yusuf is joined here by musicians in the UK and Türkiye. This intimate, personal performance features totally new arrangements of some of his best-known works as well as the world exclusive live debut of his recently released ‘The 99 Names’. With its stripped down, minimal sound, the meditative tone heard here highlights the artist’s iconic voice. Recorded in technically challenging circumstances, this unexpected album is Sami Yusuf’s response to the pandemic restrictions. As we pass through this challenging time, this work is being released with the hope of immersing listeners in an uplifting soundscape rich with the echo of the eternal.

This intimate, personal performance was recorded in technically challenging circumstances during the restrictions of the Spring of 2020. The minimal, meditative sound heard here is a spiritual chant inspired by the barakah (grace) that the artist experienced during a recent stay in Morocco. The lyrics by Karim Abdul Qader Zenger speak of the universal human experience of smallness before the immensity and power of the Universe.
